A space for those wanting deeper, more honest, and grounded conversations. Not cliches.
My approach is insight-oriented, relational, and existential. In session, I’m engaged and curious. I don’t just sit back and listen - I reflect what I see, gently ask hard questions, and stay with you as things unfold.
I draw on psychodynamic, emotion-focused, attachment, and EMDR approaches to explore how past experiences - especially those shaped by difference, shame, or family dynamics - still echo in the present. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you notice unhelpful narratives, relate to them more flexibly, and take action towards change.
