Curious dialogue and explorations that move you closer to feeling a sense of stillness and relief, a more authentic self-understanding,
and being in touch with your internal experience await.
My practice is eclectic & trauma-informed. I draw on Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
(CBT) as we tend to your behaviours, emotions, and thoughts. Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Narrative Therapy
find their way into our work as we explore the values that ground and guide your navigation of the world, and as you
construe meaning and a cohesive storyline that moves you forward. This versatility helps better tend to your unfolding
experience and needs.
